Emailed a guy who identified himself as a property manager and told me i could see the property and the apt i told himnthere are many scams online he reassured me it was legit i told him i wasnt comfortable giving out my personal info he didnt identify himself by name all he said is he was a property manager he wanted 800 for rent 400 for security and a 70 application fee which was refundable meanwhile i told him i wanted to see the place in person and he doubled down on how everything needed to be done online to streamline ... read more
