lived 5 years at the townhouse w/ many ups and downs, dealing w/ the staff was reasonably easy. I had my demands, and I negotiated rent and longer stay but when owner couldn't extend the lease, it was frustrating process; the staff and specially Kirk finally came through and did his best to manage and be the professional middleman.
Premium Properties were professional and easy to work with. Everything was organized and like clock work. Special recognition for Angie and Kirk for keeping everyone effective and efficient.
We have been residents in a premium properties unit for 4-5 years now and we couldn’t be happier with Kirk and his team and how professional and quick they are to serve the tenants. We will do whatever we can to stick with premium properties and Kirk has been extremely helpful during the process of trying to find a bigger place to stay with premium.
