Highly recommended! Premium Properties is a team of top professionals and at the same time truly caring people who love what they are doing. We had to find a new home asap staying in the area for kids' schools right at the beginning of the school year. Premium Properties made this pretty nervous situation as smooth and easy as it could possibly be. Thanks so much to Mimi, Julie, Chyanne, Angie, James, and the rest of the crew for all the work you do!

Premium Properties managed our rental for 10+ years. We worked with Julie and Mimi and their team to manage our property while living out of town. They were highly responsive, professional, and took excellent care of the house. The leasing process was handled seamlessly from start to finish. We highly recommend their services!
My husband and I had a great experience working with Premium Property. Jim and Peter were incredibly responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. From viewing the property to signing the lease, the entire process was seamless, with quick turnaround and clear communication throughout. We really appreciated how smooth the entire process went!
Margaret was so responsive and helpful when I was interested the property that eventually became my new home. She walked me through the entire process thoughtfully and made sure I felt comfortable. Honestly such a pleasurable experience.
