Premium Properties will steal your deposit if you're a renter. Beware. We rented an apartment for 6 years, and that apartment came with old, worn out carpets. When we moved out, they demanded we have them professionally cleaned, although they indicated the carpets would be replaced. Again, they are well over 6 years old and threadbare in places. We vacuumed extensively and the apartment was spotless when we left, but they took our money anyway. This is theft and goes against California Rental Law.
For over four years, Premium Properties made renting, even with a near-impossible landlord and a nightmare HOA, a smooth experience. The pandemic added another layer of uncertainty, but Kirk, our agent, was a rockstar. He kept us informed of any changes or updates, navigated complex HOA rules, and acted as a buffer between us and the very challenging landlord. We rented a home in Walnut Creek from Premium Properties for the past three years. It has been one of the best experiences I've ever had renting a property.
