I needed parking for a concert, so I went online and paid for eight hours of parking from Premium Parking. When I arrived at the location not only was I not able to get a spot but several other people who had also pre-paid did not have a spot. We called the 844 number and we’re told to dispute it online. When I disputed it online, I received an automated response saying that somebody would get back to me. It has now been over a week and they have not gotten back to me. I had to dispute it with my credit card company.
