The staff was very nice, professional and had an overall pleasant experience considering what the test requires
Quick in and out, medical technician was very helpful. Required tele-med authorization while waiting and the connection was terrible, but the guy that was there in-person was really on top of it getting us the support we needed, he gets 5 stars. Web appointment system not so clear, registered for combo test but the qr page only suggested rapid test
They are friendly and efficient . I got my results fast .
