TERRIBLE!! Booked an appt for 11 a.m. and no one showed. Booked another appt for 11:30 a.m. and no one showed. Stood in a parking lot for an hour an a half and NEVER got tested. Could NOT reach a human being at the 800 number. There is an office on site but it has a sign posted with a notice NOT to enter for Covid testing. Ridiculous!
