This dealership sells vehicles that are lemons,purchased a BMW and had nothing but problems with it even the BMW dealership told me the car wasn't worth fixing because they couldn't be sure it wouldn't have other issues that were just as costly to repair car lasted less than a year don't be fooled this dealership is full of sales people that are not honorable at all!

I purchased a 2002 BMW 530I for them about a month ago. Ok...Looking at the past reviews I agree with some and disagree with some. I feel angry for having no choice about giving them 1 star. Premium Finance in Costa Mesa is not even worthy of a positive rating what so ever. Purchased a car from them in October and have not recieved registration or title yet and it is february now. The car had a leaking head gasket they didnt inform me about either. So no car for months now and I am unable to sell the piece of crap they sold me to buy another one. Thanks..

The people at Premium Finance took very good care of me. From the minute I stepped on the lot I felt at ease. The salesman was not pushy. He answered all my questions and educated me about every vehicle I looked at. I ended buying a 2002 VW Passat and absolutely love it. It had a few minor blemishes, but what used car doesn't? I was extremely happy with my experience and I would reccomend any of my friends or family on purchasing a car from them! -Very happy and loyal customer

I just purchased a car from Premium Financing a couple of months ago and have already had to put near $2,000 into uninformed existing issues the car had. They are incredibly dishonest and corrupt. Steer clear of this dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY KNOWINGLY SELL MECHANICALLY UNSOUND CARS TO CUSTOMERS STATING THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership in August of 2011. Two weeks later the check engine light went on and the car started shaking extremely bad. I had to go to my local VW dealership and spent $100 on replacing hoses that were clogged and ripped. The light then started flashing, meaning the car cannot be driven. I just bought a BMW 540 last week and I love it. I got it for a great deal and was well taken care of by the staff at premium. They also helped me purchase a warranty that covers anything and everything that might happen to the car.

First day I got my bmw the drivers side window wouldn't roll up, now the other one's broken! The interior cloth near the back window is falling off, the brakes need replacement, the back blinker is out and I'm sure other problems will arise sooner or later. This place is horrible I don't recommend buying a car from these liars.
