The worst car dealership I have ever been. Bad Custumer service, I feel sorry for the owner of this place it makes me wonder if he even knows how his employees are treating his potential customers. We were never greeted by any salesmen and once we found one nicely resting in the AC he just gave us the keys to the car and walk away. the dealership was empty so is not like he had someone else to help, we waited by the car more then 35 min and he never came to see if we had any questions and when we walk back in the office to r... read more
So I bought a Maserati here and the dealership said the car fax was clean when in reality there was frame Damage to the car! They didn’t even sign the car fax report because they knew they were selling me a lemon. Stay away from shady car dealers like this one!
Do not purchase a vehicle from here! SHADY, unprofessional sales people. We made a deal with Trevor, went back to finish paperwork and take home car, and they then refused to do the deal! Manager Ro hid in the sales office , laughing with another sales associate, we eventually went into the sales office and he was so unprofessional, sat slouched in his chair, didn’t introduce himself, talked completely disrespectful and had old food on his desk! RecommendedManny is awesome! He didn’t pressure us and gave us many opportunities to test drive all types of cars with no hassle! At the end of the day, I didn’t buy any car and told him I will sleep on it and will think about the cars we test drove and will decide which one we wanted (well, it’s actually for my son) The next day I brought my son with us and he picked a car that he like and none of the car he picked was the one I test drive 😂.
