We purchased a vehicle on 10/8/2022, we were given a due bill by our salesman. We called every 2-3 days to check the status, we either were hung up on or calls never returned. Finally after 3 weeks I was able to get ahold of the service manager “charles” I was told the wrong part was ordered, they will call when the new part is in. Horrible!! Worst customer service answer! The guy that answers the phone is a complete idiot. They never return your calls. I’ve been calling for days to get the status in my credit application! Do these people even care about making a profit? Seems like a lot of serious buyers get disregarded. PLEASE STAY AWAY. You have to hunt them down for any kind of follow up . Go elsewhere. I bought a 2015 RRS that had a CEL pop on when they pulled the truck out for me to look at.I made this process easy I had a pre-approval all ready to go and i drove almost 2hrs from San Diego for this vehicle. I still bought it trusting they would do what they said that they will take care of it. Left it with them for a week, was told they changed spark plugs and I just needed to drive it. My family bought a car with them. We had it not even a month and there were already problems with the car. I don’t think they maintain there cars at all. Because we came up recently to try to get it fixed and they said they can’t fix it. They told us what time they Will be there and they were very late. Very unprofessional being late without telling any of us. Don’t buy any car from them. The customer service is terrible.

I wouldn't be a happy customer. I been trying to do a virtual appointment the past 2 weeks and it doesn't seem like anybody ever answers the phone or responds back to. Must not care about selling cars. Always on hold, text messages always days later, and phone calls always disconnect. No one ever follows up.
