I have been coming to premise health for around a year and couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences. After my primary left, I chose to continue at Premise with Dr. Johan Serag. He is attentive, kind, and reassuring. Most importantly he listened to all of my concerns and created a thorough treatment plan for me, which he explained in a way I could understand. The staff here is amazing and happy to help make you most comfortable. So glad I found this practice!

I went in for my annual physical here. The Carpenter's Union provides us with a free physical every year. This was my first time at this location. Our previous provider did a extensive physical checking my skin, eyes, throat, prostate exam, lab work, and physical testing in a gym environment. Here there was only alot of conversation, checking of my breathing, listening to my heart, and some blood work. Everyone I came in contact with today was so friendly and attentive.The girls at the front desk were very friendly which is rare these days. I saw Kate for my physical and and she was great. Took her time asking me all kinds of questions and gave me a lot of suggestions. The girl that took my blood was awesome. Painless and quick. All in all a great experience. Looking forward to continuing going there for my health needs.
