Horrible service, never can get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend doing business with this company and I agree with the other posts here get EVERYTHING in writing. (and I mean EVERYTHING)

This is one of the biggest "play it fast and loose" kinds of companies. They will promise you the world to get you to sign a lease and then leave you hanging. If you do business with them PLEASE make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing (and even then you will have to fight them).
As a former disgruntled employee, I know the sales operation is only out to make money in a high pressure, fast talking, 'used car' dealership way. As far as service, most of the so called rebuilds are nothing more than cleaned up lease returns. The copiers are not rebuilt but just cleaned. Most of the parts put in are used parts.
