As a nonprofit, we were offered a deal where Premier would buy out our lease on the first copier we got from them in exchange for a newer machine and lower payment. They took our old machine and gave us a check for a fraction of the lease amount, leaving us with over $4k on the old lease PLUS the new lease...but only one copier. Please don't be duped by their predatory "deals" for nonprofits.

It was nice to work with a company that did not try to sell me something I did not need. They made sure I got what I needed at the best possible price. They did a great job following up to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions that we had.

Prior to covid our church ways needing three copiers. We have used Premiere Copier now for over twenty years they have always provided us with excellent copiers and superb service. Due to the restrictions that have been placed on our Church we were only needing one copier. I know that these are hard times for everyone, and Premiere copier stepped up and helped us lower our monthly payment and the number of copiers we have. It is sad to say that this company took advantage of an elderly pastor and a small church. The owner informed the pastor that the copier they were renting at the time would no longer be serviced and had them lease a new one for over $20,000.00 while the church still owed the old one. They had said they would pay off the lease on the old one and did not. They sold the church a copier with all the bells and whistles for a congregation of 75. We were in need of new copier, a close friend said how happy they were with Premiere Copier. We contacted Mark and he offered us a wonderful opportunity so we agreed to it. The copier was delivered and everything went smoothly. Everything that was promised was done and the copier works great. Thank you for a great experience, I would recommend Premiere copier to anyone who is need of copier equipment and needs a refreshing experience dealing with an honest people and people who stand behind what they say.
