I took my 82 year old dad to Premier Urgent Care in Pineville, La. on Easter Sunday. They were the only place open for care except to an ER ! Dad was ex-rayed, diagnosed, treated and released in less than an hour ! Dr. Kelly West and the staff were so nice and professional. Amazing facility in Alexandria and I am sure the Pineville office will be as well. It will be my go facility in an emergency. I refuse to go to either Cabrini or Rapides Emergency Rooms. Wait times of excess of 12 hours is very common. At Premier Urgent Care wait times are in most cases under 1 hour and in many cases under 30 minutes. Premier Urgent Care will be my go to emergency facility in most cases.
