RecommendedThis is the only place I'll take my girls. The entire staff is phenomenal! Highly recommend them. They took extra time with my daughter to make sure she felt safe and comfortable.
Wait time is not always great but the care and aftercare and thoroughness of the care is second to none. Best in CENLA for sure.
Always a very professional and caring staff. They have a check in online so you don't have to wait long and they just called to check and make sure my daughter was feeling better. Her pedi doesn't even do that.
Brought in my 3yo for a head laceration. From the time I walked in with my son til the time we walked out was a great experience. No long wait time. Dr. Kelly was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, was patient with my little boy and had a great bedside manner. The nurses listened to all of my concerns with great compassion. I became severely dehydrated and a nurse friend recommended I visit Premier, Pineville. Upon walking in the lobby, I was impressed with how beautiful it was. I was helped immediately. After receiving two bags of fluid, I am on the road to recovery. Every single person who helped me today went above and beyond. My family has a new urgent care clinic.
