My family has always had great care at this facility until today. The medical assistant we had, named Taleshia, was very rude and unprofessional. When the provider asked her to redo a test on my child, she must have taken it personal. She came into the room and asked me if she should do the test or if I wanted to. When I repeated she wanted ME to do it, she answered, "you can." Then proceeded to tell me how she did it right the first time and that she has been doing this for 5 years...all in front of my child! Yikes!
I'm very happy with this urgent care, Shay, Sue and Bre were very helpful. I was in and out less then 20 mins. They listen and care about they're patients. Thank you
I love it here! It’s right around the corner from me! The front desk lady, Sue, is super friendly and the nurse Shay is super caring and really listens to you when you explain what’s going on! Totally recommend!
I bring my three daughters and myself to urgent care Shay and Sue very nice my kids feel very comfortable with Shay when they are scared she help keeps them clam down and explain s to them means alot to me .
Shay and Sue are amazing people! They make sure your comfortable and treat you just like family! I wouldn’t want to bring my kids any where else 😍😘
Shay was my daughters medical assistant. She was amazing! She helped my daughter to not be afraid of having the flu test. She was patient and kind with her. My daughter asked that we always go to her for the flu test. We appreciate the time they took and how easy the process was to be seen. Thanks for being so great!
Recommendedtook my kids there last night and they are absolutely amazing with kids and are fast I wasn't even there an hour and got both my kids seen I highly recommend them and if my kids or I go to an urgent care its going to be this one because they really care about everyone that comes in there
