don't waste your time or your money going in there. I went in there because I had something in my eye and they told me they could not help me cuz because they didn't have a way to look at my eye.

Took my daughter here for what we believe is strep throat. We live out of state and after waiting for 20 minutes and filing out paperwork, they told me they couldn't see her because they didn't accept her insurance.
The place was very busy and the wait was a little long. But the doctor was very thorough and helpful. He also helped ease my 5 year olds fears! I would definitely go back.
This review is for the Cincinnati/Eastgate location. I should have read the reviews before I went to this place. DO NOT go to this urgent care facility. I took my wife here yesterday morning after she cut her thumb badly. After showing up as soon as they opened (10am), we were led to a patient room and told the doctor was not in yet and that they didn't know when the doctor would arrive. Great service and treatment! Loved the friendly nurses and doctor that took care of my son!
I've only came here a few time and 95% of the time they tell me they and do anything and send me to the hospital. What a joke. Took my son here today because he's having an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Got there at 1015 am and was told the dr is late and won't be there for 45 minutes. Ridiculous.
