I brought Patricia Elliott to Premier after she injured her back. The staff at Premier are the kindest, most sociable office staff that I've ever talked to at a medical office. The Doctor that Patti saw was as kind and down to earth as his staff. Patti was treated within 15mind of arriving which was a blessing as well. Can't say enough good things about the folks who work here. I want to thank them for a very positive experience.
We visited the Eastgate location in January. We made an over payment prior to our insurance paying the entire claim. Our over payment is still a credit at the Eastgate location and the office will not refund the credit amount since 3/18/15.
