Brought my 2019 Tiffin Phaeton 40qbh to Premier Truck Group of Knoxville for my yearly maintenance. It was so easy to complete. called for appointment, set date and time, showed up, then picked it up the following day. No problems. This was last week and after using our motorhome it is in great condition. They offer 50/30 amp hookups if you need to stay the night, large spacious lounge to relax, etc. I do use them yearly, and recommend them to anyone needing service. Happy trails everyone!
My motorhome had a serpentine belt seize up and blew the belt. It was recommended to have it towed to Premier Truck Group Knoxville. I am very happy that I did. The work required some very intensive work. Which was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and done promptly! Thank you so very much to the staff. We were treated very well from the day we arrived until we left three days later. A staff member even recommended a motel that would give us a discount because your shop was doing the work.
