Took my truck in for an injector code at 0930 as a walk in. By the end of the day they confirmed the issue and informed me the truck would be worked on the next morning. They gave me information for a Hotel that picked me up and brought me back the next day. Around 2 the advisor informed me that the tech noticed what appeared to be a misfire and they did a check and let me know that I should really get my valves adjusted. Had work done at the La Crosse location. Great job. Needed a new air filter, was sold the wrong one. Tried to exchange it at Knoxville location. Have to take it back to the location I purchased it from. Great, I have no idea when I will be back by the La Crosse location. Very disappointed. Update. General manager just reached out and told me that he wants to make it right. I will be able to exchange it at any Premier dealer. Thank you EJ for reaching out.
