I have to say, I have worked for many dealerships in my life. And this by far is one of the Greatest. Awesome people. I love watching at how they care for their customers. The Service Advisors are Awesome. Technicians very knowledgable. And the Management staff is very supportive of their people. You will always get a smile from the staff at Premier Truck Group of Chattanooga.
Just had the yellow check engine light com on my 2011 Sprinter 2500. Took it to the shop and found a bad glow plug. Replaced and on my way on an hour. Great job Daniel.
This place is a joke.They can't ever get a problem fixed the first time around.You go in for a routine service and takes 4-5 hours.What a complete waste of time.
The ppl there was so nice and the place was clean...And they done a great job on my hubs truck!!!
