Have to place the company at the crook level with their banks and there abilities to make sure you are taken care of. With buying one truck and the truck blowing up in their hand trying to do emissions, I got to put another down payment on another truck and was put off to get proper paper work to get my tags till the day after they are due. Every person I talk to says my hands are tied if they even answer. I am now being told that I get to pay my own sales tax which is financed into what I owe. slackers front office lady never answers the phone they are never there say. bought my car there 2 days diverter valve went bad than didn't see my car or here from them in 7 days

I have had my avalanche for 7 months and I had to do brakes on it asap due to rear rotors almost gone and now I have to come up with 1800$ to get the suspension fixed so it doesn't crack the frame. They have ultimatley screwed over a family. they tell you what you want to hear but never resolve the situation
