Diana runs a great title company. We are land investors and many title companies will not insure tax deed or tax lien transactions. I’ve called about 30 in MD and only 2 (that I know of) are able to do these transactions. However, because she is an attorney and very experienced in the legal nuances, we have closed multiple transactions. The agent who assisted with my closing was excellent! He explained in detail all the papers I was signing, and before that, sent a copy of the documents so I could go through them myself before closing. He answered all of my questions concerning payments and anything else I was unsure of. I would recommend this company to anyone who is purchasing a home. Very thorough and very polite.
