I made a mistake on my taxes and the IRS sent me a CP2000 seeking to adjust my earnings and collect tens of thousands in back taxes not including interest. I submitted every tax form and document they requested to correct the issue well before the deadlines. Horrible lawyer. He lied to me about settling my debt. He told me he could help me with an IRS settlement, but after he received the retainer, he told me there was nothing he could do. Took my money and made a few phone calls. I was robbed, and I still owe the IRS. I'm filling a complaint with the state bar. He will need to prove to the state bar how he spent my retainer. He also does not return email messages. I would hire someone else if I was you.

I was looking for HELP with my delinquent IRS taxes of 3 years. I called multiple tax firms for advice on what I can do with a very abusive IRS Revenue Agent. I only make 21 dollars an hr. I'm a widower of 6 yrs. So life is already difficult without your partner of 30 yrs. The Revenue officer sent me A Final Notice to Levy. Ary Ariazand, Premier Tax Attorney, does amazing work. If you have issues with the IRS call Ary. Three words. Personable. Trustworthy. Effective. Ary reviewed my situation. Discussed with me the options to resolving it. Then he executed a plan that resulted total resolution of my issues. I can now move on with my life, free from the burden of the IRS looming over me.
