Dr Stevens was the last stage in my gallbladder removal process. She was very friendly and thoroughly informative about every step and the associated risks. The surgery went perfectly, and my pain is gone.
If I could give a review with zero stars, that is what I would have done. This office treats people like an assembly line I seen Dr. Stevens after having a horrible experience with a kidney infection and I started having issues with my Gallbladder function. She made me feel so uncomfortable. She came in like she was reading off a script. I was barely able to get 10 words in as she got about 30 to 50. Great experience with Dr. Martinovski before and after surgery.
My husband had a surgical procedure done. We clearly owed something, but haven't seen any past due notices or collections letters...until we received a summons regarding a past due balance?! Seriously? How offensive and unprofessional, Premier Surgical Specialists. We are happy to pay what we owe you. No need to sue your patients. Just try reaching out in a professional manner first. No repeat business from this family.
