We had a wonderful experience with Premier Surgical and Dr. Michael Kelly. From the first visit through surgery, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Kelly took the time to explain everything and made us feel confident in his care. We truly appreciate the excellent care my husband received and would highly recommend Premier Surgical Associates-Parkwest and Dr. Kelly!
Dr. Edward’s is great. Her nurse doesn’t have the best communication. I was having an allergic reaction to the surgical glue and sent in some photos on the portal. It took 6 days to get a call even though the front desk said I would hear back same day as they made them aware I was having an issue and sending the photos in. She said she would call me with what Dr. Edward’s wants me to do but I never received a call. I visited ParkWest on a Wednesday and got scheduled for a surgery the following Monday. They were quick to get me in, explained everything very well and in terms I could understand. Everyone I came into contact with during pre-op & post-op was so so kind. I was anxious coming in because I had never had surgery before, but the environment there made me comfortable and calmed down. I highly recommended — and Dr. Nechtman is great!
