I have had an incredible experience with every single person in this office no matter what they do. I also have questions all the time and Liz is incredibly kind and patient and unbelievably helpful. Thank you guys so much for all that you do.

I was referred to Premier Surgeons by the ER for a gallbladder issue that has made me extremely ill. Unfortunately, my experience with their office was deeply disappointing. The staff member I spoke with (Liz) was dismissive and unhelpful. She could not tell me whether they accepted my insurance and refused to check, instead telling me—while I was very sick—to “call around” myself to figure it out. I absolutely would NOT recommend Dry Creek Surgery Center. The providers were knowledgeable and helpful, but their billing department has been an ongoing nightmare. I paid my bill in full, only to later find out that according to Dry Creek- my insurance reassessed the surgery and reduced what they covered. Instead of being notified by Dry Creek or their billing department, I was sent straight to collections with no warning.
