I was referred to Premier Surgeons by the ER for a gallbladder issue that has made me extremely ill. Unfortunately, my experience with their office was deeply disappointing. The staff member I spoke with (Liz) was dismissive and unhelpful. I absolutely would NOT recommend Dry Creek Surgery Center. The providers were knowledgeable and helpful, but their billing department has been an ongoing nightmare. I paid my bill in full, only to later find out that according to Dry Creek- my insurance reassessed the surgery and reduced what they covered. Instead of being notified by Dry Creek or their billing department, I was sent straight to collections with no warning. I had to have emergency surgery after going to the ER and am very blessed to have the lovely doctors at this practice. Not only are the surgeons amazing so is Liz who is at the front desk. Thank you. Holly.
