Prompt and curteous reply both email and phone call.
The salesman, Ariq was courteous and knowledgeable. However, he could not meet my price and then brought his sales manager, Jeff over to speak with me. He said that he would not be able to come close to my price because he would be losing money on the deal. So I went to another Subaru dealer where I bought a better Impreza for the same amount of money I was offered at Watertown.
Dealership was very helpful and car was as advertised. Excellent rating
