I was not pleased with my road test. It felt like I was not trusted to test drive the vehicle without having to have a sales person ride along and direct the route. Cannot get a true feel for a vehicle that they want you to spend $40,000 on that way. Loved the vehicle not the process.
We bought the car a very nice dealership. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.
Car I wanted was sold, but they contacted me immediately and offered other options.
good customer experience
Im a MA resident and they do not get those very often. Most of their customers are from CT or NY. However, they were still very professional and got on top of everything. I test drove the car and did initial paperwork on a Wednesday, and the car was ready for pick up on Monday. Given the uniqueness of the sale, they did a great job. Shout out to saleswoman Rachel Santos! She even offered me some new music and Im a big fan of the guy. High quality, more than I bargained for!

I was contacted promptly and when I visited the dealership I worked with Ryan, who was great, He never pressured, listened to me and I made a purchase that day.
