Dr. Ngu has done 3 surgeries on me and all were very successful! He and his staff are so very caring and so professional! He gives you options and doesn't just rush into surgery. He really is one of the BEST!!
Excellent doc. I was asked to do a back surgery, but went to see Dr. Ngu for a second opinion. He said I didn't need the surgery. He recommended physical therapy and meds, and true to what he said, I am back pain free. Even though he is a skillful surgeon, he takes his time to evaluate who needs it, and who does not. He just doesn't operate on anyone who walks in. That to me is excellence and not taking advantage of people. Love, love, love my doctor and his staff!!! Even though I didn't want to have back surgery, they were instrumental in my decision to move forward. I had my surgery 1/23/17. Everyone made every step as painless as possible and my recovery very easy. NO huge scars! Dr. Ngu educated us, made sure we understood everything. His staff is GREAT!! They treat me like family and Dr. Ngu made himself available on a weekend once I was home to insure all was ok with me.
