RecommendedI went to Dr Ngu for neck pain. He’s office staff is always friendly. Had surgery and everything went great. Then last year when out of blue my back started hurting and I went to another dr closer to home and that was a big fail. Back to Dr Ngu he found the problem so surgery on 2-5-20 went good. I came to Dr. Ngu with what I thought was a bulging disc in my neck. I had been doing PT prior, but it was just getting worse. The pain shooting down my left arm was terrible at times and I was starting to lose hope. Dr. Ngu saw me and saved me. Amazing, wonderful staff & excellent doctor. They care about you as a person not just as a patient. The staff is so sweet and can make you smile & laugh. Dr. Ngu is incredible and knowledgeable. You can trust Dr. Ngu and his excellent staff to go that extra mile to help you!
First Class office!!! I was getting the runaround with my Primary doctor so, I showed up at Dr Ngu’s office without an appointment. His office got my MRI done and sent me to the doctor who is going to do the epidural’s. My own doctor couldn’t get my MRI paperwork right so it kept getting pushed back. They didn’t have to do it but, they did. I couldn’t be more thankful
I can’t say enough AMAZING things about Dr. Ngu and his staff. To say they have go above and beyond for their patients is putting it mildly. Dr. Ngu takes time listening to my husband and is honest and upfront about all options. His staff WOW, just fantastic people❤️We are very blessed to have found Dr. Ngu.
I was in pain for 1 year before I saw Dr. Ngu. My quality of life was go work, then go home straight to bed. I was miserable. He recommended surgery to replace 2 disc in my neck due to ruptured disc at C5-C6 and C6-C7. I went to pain management for months trying to get some relief, but that worked for 3 months. Saved my life. Will forever be grateful!
I'm in my 4th week post cervical disc replacement surgery. Dr. Ngu used the Mobi-C replacements for my C4-C6. This surgery was the best thing I could have choose to have done. The nerve damage in my left arm had been so bad from the ruptured discs, that I was wanting to cut off my arm. I was in excruciating pain for 8 months. The neck pain had been bad for 3 years.
