This is probably the worst run property mamangemnent company in exsistance. They operate out of a post office box and the listed phone number is a fax machine. They manage our community as if it were part of their Kingdom. They have instigated procedures and requirements without conceltation with the Home Owners Association. They have increased the cost of "services" which were reasonable prior to them taking over by as much as 300% (Does $50 for a gate clicker sound reasonable?).
