I love Premier they are always great! They texted me that he was coming for my pick up and communicated with me. Premier always exceeds my expectations. Drivers are safe and prompt to pick up . I booked with Amber who was delightful and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend them for all your transportation needs.
I had a ride last week going to Dulles and the driver was fantastic! He was running a couple of minutes late due to traffic but communicated with me so I wasn't stressed. Awesome company!!!
Zero stars. This was the first and last time I use Premier Sedan. I booked this company for my boss and her family for a 5:30am pick-up to take a family of 7 to Dulles airport for an international flight. From the beginning, the driver was late which put the family in panic mode. They had lots of luggage that needed to be loaded and the driver showed up 8 minutes late, which caused unneeded stress.
