I had a terrible experience at Macy's Premier Salon at Rivergate Mall. Worst experience ever! I got a relaxer touch up the night before leaving for vacation. The stylist applied relaxer over my entire head instead of just on the new growth as should be done on a relaxer. When I combed my hair, it was shedding like crazy. Worst salon (not a spa by any stretch) in Franklin! Terrible customer service, overbooks clients, waxing, cutting and coloring way over priced and there is bad attitude from management. There is a reason they are in the mall.

Best Salon/Spa in Franklin! – This place is awesome! If your looking for a place that you can get your hair, nails, waxing, etc.. done then this is it! The staff is friendly and the service is incredible! Not to mention it is so conveniently located with all of my favorite shopping at Cool Springs Galleria :)
