I was referred to Premier Radiology from my provider and had a great experience. Robert took care of me. He explained to me everything I had to sign and updated my address. He was efficient, caring, helpful. Every time I’ve called I’ve spoken with different people and they have picked up quickly and were helpful. I did not catch the name of the ultrasound technician but she was quick and efficient. I didn’t wait long to be seen either. i scheduled two weeks ago got to my supposed appointment . the person at the front desk told me i wasn’t in the system and couldn’t find the order my doctor sent. she kept suggesting it was the wrong place.i called the number that scheduled me and she said i wasn’t scheduled but the order was in(mind you every where else i’ve ever had a scan calls me until i schedule i’ve had no calls since scheduling). the front desk asked for my insurance holders SS number, mine along with dates of birth to see if they can schedule me in p... read more

Just overall poor service. Not helpful, timely or courtesy. Recommend alternative if they are any.

Pathetic !!!! Got a phone call for earlier appointment which I accepted with confirmation. After medication plus an hour and fifteen minute ride from Columbia to Cool Springs for said earlier appt. I was sent away without the consult of a supervisor or Manager whom was not there. Premier Radiology, I'd say a name change is in order. Rock heads with the clock in the wall.( see the ad ) Pathetic !!!!!
