While I think Premier Radiology is excellent overall, the front desk personnel is unfriendly and unprofessional. That sets a tone from the minute a patient walks through the door, and from my experience, it was a fairly negative one.

The medical staff were professional and I appreciate the care they provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was completely different. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was impatient, dismissive, and failed to clearly explain the situation, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout the visit.
