I have trusted Premier managing my condo associations through Back Bay & Fenway for the last 7 years. They truly do an efficient job and always get the job done in a professional, timely, and good manner. I definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a property manager. They always keep my buildings at 100% capacity which allows my real estate portfolio to grow and become more profitable year after year.
They do an amazing job managing my condo association, A tenant recently had an electrical issue and they had someone over in literally less than 1 hour. Their workers are super efficient, hardworking, friendly, and diligent.
Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. My AC broke recently and they had a technician here within a few hours to fix the matter. I appreciate their due diligence and timely response to issues both big and small. Thank you Premier for all your hard work.

Incredibly professional and knowledgable staff. Have been using them for the past 5 years to manage my growing real estate portfolio and have had 0 issues with them. They are hands on, efficient, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have grown my portfolio without having such great property managers.
Great company with knowledgeable and experienced property managers
I would highly advise against renting a property that is managed by Premier Property Solutions. I lived in a condominium in Allston, MA and the property manager Bart Steele continuously abused tenants rights. Bart and the rest of the condo board try to charge obscene fees, examples including: moving out fee of $850, unfounded claims of trespassing totaling $150 and (ironically) a $500 fine for "stealing" a paper laminated condo rules book from the lobby. Totally unprofessional. I canceled their services because of sloppy accounting and bills that were not paid until the vendor threatened cancellation of service (insurance, electricity, alarm monitoring). Now I'm struggling to recover funds and security deposits. They won't answer my calls or emails, and even tried to cancel an in-person meeting that had been scheduled 2 months (and I live across the country) 1 hr beforehand. Check out their feedback on yelp.
