This shop is a fraud! It’s bs. May sound sexist but women who know women will accept that this place is full of that stuff. Don’t rent from here. Don’t TRY to rent from here! They’re disingenuous liars…no two way street. They forget (don’t even know bc they’re so STUPID) where and how they get paid. Rude. Insulting. Condescending. Awful.

Premier has so many beautiful properties. The employees are beyond disrespectful and have poor business skills. Like not showing up for appointments, neglecting to return phone calls and being hung up on repeatedly. But they will gladly take your money and have you fill out a application without properly doing a background check and basing there approval on the way you look. Never before has someone treated me so badly. Rich and Bridget are by far the worst people

THANK YOU Premier Property Management Services! I wanted to take a minute to thank this agency in helping me find a home to where my daughter could stay in the school district. Premier Property Management – They deserve NO stars. We have rented from them for over a year now. The owner of the property we live in now is owned by one of the owners of Premier Properties. The ceiling in my daughter's closet collapsed, my plumbing needs fixed, everything floods. I filled out the maintenance report in September. They will not fix anything. We went to the town.
