Sharon Garrett was awesome she explained everything to me where I understand how to fill out application. If you ever want to rent from them ask for Sharon Garrett she was great I would recommend her to anyone I know if they want to apply with Premier Property Management Group.

I want to say this is a place that get over on customers and for you to show me a house that wasn't ready which I looked at multiple houses that wasn't ready but from my understanding the person that show me the house she was basically saying that they cannot fix it up until you sign the lease so I moved into this apartment in June the end of June I signed a 2-year lease with them but my issue is I do not understand how you run places as is and I have to come out of my own pocket to fix a bathtub I don't own this house I'm r... read more

I rented from this company for 2 yrs. I am very clean paid rent on time kept the home in great condition. Once I moved out this company charged for leaf removal, weed removal, painting, security sign, etc Home does not have trees, or gutters the neighbors do So I guess it was my responsibility to keep monitoring to have this removed. Beware if you rent from this company don’t look for your entire deposit. They will pull a fast one. Very disappointed. Wish i could give 0 stars, the women who answered the phone on 4-17-21 was very rude i have been calling for close to a month now about holes all in the back yard were THEY filled in the pool, grass is in certain spot in the back yard, ants crawling in the kitchen, toilets not flushing right and the list go on. Latonya Rogers was a God send! She was very informational and personable. She made this experience easy going for my mom and I. She always returned our phone calls in a timely manner and was respectful and polite! We will definitely be recommending her and Premier Properties to anyone we know transitioning to Memphis and the surrounding areas.
