I have rented with this company going on 2 years and have never had any issues. My AC went out this past week and Mike sent someone over to fix it quickly so my babies and I had AC. This company has been great for my kids and I. I recommend them and will continue to always. Thanks to Mike and the team for keeping me and my family a priorityÂ

This company has deceptive practices! Our house was for sale early this year when we decided to look into renting it instead. We called Ryntal and they came out to look at our house and told us they could get $4,800/mo. for it. We thought that's fantastic so we signed with them. They didn't even have to come out and take pictures bc we gave them the pictures from the for sale listing. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. They really do not care about you and want your money. If you want to be a homeowner with all the cons and no benefits, then rent from here!!! You are expected to maintain so much, that honestly a Landlord should. There was a storm and we had massive trees and branches fell on the roof. THEY TOLD US WE HAD TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO REMOVE THEM. I just moved into my new Pro Town Home and I am very Happy. When you submit an Application, you have to be patient. The Applications does take several days to process and there will be many people looking at the same property to rent.
