This place has gave me the run around for over 5 months. Having me look at properties and constantly paying 35 to reapply every month because oops sorry someone else got the property you were applying for. They are a scam and a good one at it. Application fee is cheap so boom got cha! Keep telling you to send over proof of income over and over again just to stall you and keep telling you to reapply so guess what that 35 turns into over 100 bucks of lies. I rented a home from this company and it's been an awesome experience. The home was neat and clean when I moved in, the inspectors, office staff, and the Leasing agents were all very professional, friendly and quick to address any concerns. Ms. Kelly is a gem, and both the inspectors, Markus, and Leon were also great!
