Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. They really do not care about you and want your money. If you want to be a homeowner with all the cons and no benefits, then rent from here!!! You are expected to maintain so much, that honestly a Landlord should. There was a storm and we had massive trees and branches fell on the roof. THEY TOLD US WE HAD TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO REMOVE THEM.
