Well I have finally gave in a will admit my wife was right. Loyalty is only good in relationships. I have tried to being a loyal person my whole life and on this occasion I still continue to burn myself. My experience with premier pools has been horrible lack of communication lack of follow-up and terrible installations as far as pavers. My pool deck floods the drainage is horrible and for some reason it's my fault that the yard was not graded out properly so therefore my yard is higher than my pool deck. Premier Pool & Spas installed my inground pool toward the end of 2022 and finished around March/April of 2023. Overall the pool build went well with no major issues. There is slight discoloration on the sun/tanning deck part but its not horrible. When we contracted PPAS I had believed there was something in the contract that said we would receive pool service for a period of time. My pool building experience with premier was top notch. The construction timeline was quick, while efficient (timeline was 120 days, pool was fished in 90). In the event I voiced an issue or concern, Premier was more than accommodating in resolving the problem. A big thing for me is communication and anytime I reached out, whether through email, an App or phone, they responded. We had an I ground pool built by Premier. We had no issues pool was built in 2.5 months. Work crews worked hard and were always very polite. Our sales Rep was ***** and answered all our questions. **** was our project supervisor and listened and made adjustments that needed to be made. ****** kept us well informed on the financial part of our project. Overall we had great with Premier Pool.

Great pool company! I had an inground pool and spa built with paver decking - took about 5 months for total completion. The work was excellent and so was the communication. I have zero issues or complaints - this company came recommended and I'm glad I went this route with Premier Pools and Spas.

Avoid this pool company at all costs. We invested over six figures in a luxury pool in 2022 it is now December 2023 and the project is not finished. It was finally inspected and swimmable in 2022 however the pool surface was streaking, the over hot tub Grotto is leaking and crumbling and forming large fractures with multiple leaks all over at barely one year old. ********** began leaking day one and when it was addressed they tried to patch it with sealer over and over again and then eventually stopped communicating and dodg... read more
