Travis is professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. His pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies. He was also very patient and responded to calls and texts promptly.
I started using Premier Pest & Travis after trying 2 other exterminator companies, unsuccessfully, for basement mouse issues. Travis did a great job of explaining the process of mice to me. He didn’t rush our phone call at all and answered the thousand questions I had which was probably over 15 mins long. Although he wasn’t able to offer what we were looking for he was able to still help us figure out a solution which saved us so much time.
