Dr. Mazen is an excellent doctor, and we truly enjoy visiting his clinic because of his professionalism and care. Unfortunately, our experience with the front-desk staff has been consistently disappointing. The staff are not professional in how they communicate with patients and often speak in an inattentive and disrespectful manner. At times, they talk to patients while focusing on something else at the same time, which feels dismissive and uncomfortable. My son who is almost 6yo has only been to this practice since he was born. Trusted Dr. Mazen since the 1st checkup in the hospital. I was introduced to Amy Meek, NP and she’s amazing as well. The assistants have been lovely and my child will be a patient forever 🤍
