Dr. Mazen is an excellent doctor, and we truly enjoy visiting his clinic because of his professionalism and care. Unfortunately, our experience with the front-desk staff has been consistently disappointing. The staff are not professional in how they communicate with patients and often speak in an inattentive and disrespectful manner.
