We have been going here for about a year now with my little one. Everyone is amazing from the front desk, nurses, to providers! Thank you guys for what you do!
Highly recommend any doctor and both of the PA’s at this clinic!!!! My two kids have adjusted amazingly coming from out of state where they had the same Pediatrician since birth. Getting our info transferred was a bit of a wait, which I was fairly warned about and it didn’t help that the old doctors office took their sweet time-worth the wait!!!!! Marc is a nurse at this practice and he is just wonderful. I really love the whole team, they've always taken great care of us and with sincerity. Marc took the time to make sure a difficult referral was handled correctly and I can't even tell you how much that meant to me. He resolved a confusing and difficult issue for us.
I can’t thank Beck Lamb enough for her help! I needed a self-carry form for my daughter’s school, but the doctor’s office no longer provides them. It was time-sensitive because she starts school on Monday and its Friday and I felt stuck. She went out of her way to train my daughter on-site so that another nurse practitioner could complete the form. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. I’m so grateful for her support!
I love Dr. Fontana and the medical staff. They listen and provide educated answers that don't make you feel stupid for asking. The front desk staff always seems annoyed when someone walks in or when I call I also get that same attitude/vibe, so that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
