Most unfortunate experience with your billing department today~ being told inaccurate information about my child's checkup was provided to my insurance company in order to secure a copay is dishonest; it was further saddening to be told that my kiddos former pediatrician must have "done business differently" but that that the owner (Dr. Smith) could "bill and code based on his perception of the visit"~ not only is it time to find another practice for my children's medical care but I won't be able to refer parents to use your... read more
