RecommendedWe have always love Premier! We have been with them over 10 years. Doctors are all amazing. Recently the front desk staff has changed and it is not for the better. The girl that schedules the appointments is rude and has an attitude. I have called three times in the last month and its not a fun experience. I work every day.. my kids are in school every day. Im sorry I ask for morning or late appointments for a physical for my teen.. but stop making it sound like its my fault I can not come in at 11 am... Great practice but m... read more

We love Premier Pediatrics! Our daughter was a preemie and they have been there for her since day 1! All of the staff is so friendly and patient. Our daughter loves going to see Dr. Tuepker. She is amazing!
My granddaughter went for help and was told she was fat, lazy, depressed and needed to get on an anti-depressant, exercise, cook her own meals and suck it up and get on with her life -- even though the doctor/PA/nurse admitted she didn't know this patient's history. I feel this was very unprofessional and uncalled for to treat a young girl in this manner. Perhaps there is some education needed for those treating teenagers and not give snap judgments without knowing background. I will not recommend this practice again.

While we cannot comment on any specific patient, it is clear that no provider at Premier Pediatrics would deal with any patient in this manner. We are experienced in dealing with a broad range of patients of all ages and with many different challenges and treat all patients with respect and dignity.
Staff is amazing. Been coming here since my daughter was born 6 years ago and now my other 2 daughters go here as well! Dr. McCormick and Janine are amazing. As well as all the nurses and the front desk ladies! Always so caring and sweet to our girls! Couldn’t be happier with this clinic. Never any complaints!

The Doctors and staff at Premier Pediatrics are the best in the area. Our kids have gone to Dr. Smith and Dr. Campbell for over 11 years now. Both Doctors are extremely knowledgeable about the latest news and technology in the medical area. They are very thorough in all exams and never make you feel as if they are in a rush. All appointments have been scheduled in a timely manner by friendly and very caring office staff. We are always greeted warmly and cared for as if we are apart of one big happy family. I am a nurse and mother of 6 who has been taking my children here for 10 years now. I am completely satisfied with the exceptional care my children always recieved from the doctors and medical assistants. From the moment you walk in the front office staff make you feel welcome. The atmosphere makes my children feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Premier Pediatrics!
