I think everyone should know this information BEFORE you commit to Dr. Brown and team at Premier Pain and Spine. Dr. Brown will see you on your first visit and make you feel good about a plan of attack. However, the office policy then states that all follow-up appointments are done with the DNP or FNP and not the doctor, but you don't know this until you call back for the next appointment. This office and its staff is amazing. Ella is a medical assistant there and I just love her. She remembers you and is so knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Brown is amazing and a super good man. He lives helping people. Jeff Atkinson is also amazing. Im telling you guys this is the best pain and spine clinic!! They listen and care. I feel the staff need to be paid more in this office!! Ella has been there for quite some time. I know the staff here works very hard. Love , love ,love this office.
