Don't waste your money as we did. Go to an established company like Cedar Park Overhead Doors. "Premier" Overhead Doors fixed a broken spring for us in Novermber of 2013. 14 months later it broke again. "Sorry", says the girl at the phone bank. We only offer a 12 month warranty." "But I promise a supervisor will call you back." Crickets. We have since had the spring fixed again. The tech said the spring installed by Premier was not the proper size for our doors weight.
