Bill Ray Nissan is HORRIBLE! Bill Ray Nissan sold me a pre damaged piece of crap and refused to fix it. I could go on forever about how they misled about repairs. Refused to service my vehicle. HORRIBLE!!!!! BEWARE!!!
DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE My brother in law could only afford a used car. He selected a used Chevy Blazer. During a test drive a transmission light came on; the salesperson told us not to be concerned. They agreed to give us an additional warranty. The warranty was useless and they knew it. It was a warranty for defect and the car had been submerged in water; it wasn't a manufacturing defect and they knew it. It cost $4000 he didn't have to fix it with a remanufactured transmission. Loaner Car When it comes to collision damage they do more than just fix your car, they give you a loaner car to use while yours is being fixed. It helped me out quite a bit when I needed to have my Jeep repaired after a accident. I was able to use it for the three days they had my Jeep in the repair shop. I was completely satisfied with the job done and customer service was great!
Never going back This dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Charlie is obviously a greedy guy who had no time for customers who have problems with their newly purchased cars. I have had to put thousands of dollars in repairs into my truck since I bought it there 8 months ago.
Unsatified........would not recommend! I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. At the onset the experience was good. The salesperson was attentive and was providing good service while the deal was being made...which would be expected. The problem came a day or so after I picked up the car. I had to contact the salesperson multiple time to obtain the additional set of keys he claimed to have. New ownership -- same BS Several years ago went into this dealership once to comparison shop a new car. Was treated like we were dumb and tried to work us right from the start. Spend less than 20 minutes then just walked out. Now there is new ownership and I see a used car for sale that I am interested in. Ok for a car dealership Nissan of east providence was ok to deal with when buying my husband's car. I feel we got a good deal with them. The con of course would be the car salesmen. They worked with us. We wanted a quick transaction and to have the car right away. I woud recommend this place and probably go back myself. PROS: Good deal CONS: Salesmen
Customer Service - two thumbs up!!!!! If your're not shopping on the internet then youre only hurting yourself. I went in to Orr Nissan Shreveport and I got the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. Love My Pathfinder "My car buying experience was just excellent. My salesman, Mr. Wellborn, was very attentive and informed me of every step of the process I was going through.
