Buckeye Nissan was terrible. They sold me a car which 10 minutes after purchasing the service engine light came on. As it turns out the error was displayed before only it had been cleared off without repair. They did not inform me that there were any engine problems even when directly asked. They hid information regarding the car from me and I think this is deplorable.
MY Maxima I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima I bought new at Buckeye Nissan. The car now has 195k miles on it and I wouldn't take it anywhere else! I drive past 2 other Nissan dealers to take mine in for service. I look forward to buying my 2009 from the only dealership I'll consider!
One of the worst experiences of my life! This business does not give a care about its customers. All these thiefs care about is earning a buck and locking you in. They wein you in with a warm setting, and the nice representatives who take your information. However once you buy a vehicle or sign you car over to be checked for service, they could care less. GO ELSEWHERE I recently purchased a vehicle at "Buckeye Nissan". Within the purchase was the understanding of the dealer paying off the remaining balance of my lease (5 months) and any additional charges after inspection of the turn in or additional penalties/charges. The dealer did payoff the remaining balance of the lease, however, after the turn in I was billed $316.40 for additional charges. Slow, undependable service I brought my car in for small collision service. It was supposed to be ready in 4 days, by a Friday. They failed to call and inform me while work was going on about the cost, and they failed to let me know that my car wouldn't be ready until the following Tuesday. Everytime I called to speak with the man handling my account, he was uncourteous and seemed to feel like I was bothering him. I wouldn't use their services again.
Great for oil changes! I have a Nissan, so I've gotten my oil changed several times here. They do a good job and they nicely wash your car after. My only hang-up about giving them a 5-star review is that they never have it done in 30-minutes, like Nissan promises. That's fine when I have spare time, but I have been late getting back to work before! Excellent service, great staff.
Speedy service Every time we have taken our car in to Buckeye Nissan, we were treated with nothing but great and speedy service. They have a great waiting area and they keep you updated regularly on the status of your car. The technicians are knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend. PROS: speedy CONS:
Bait and Switch 0 stars I found a good deal on-line on an Altima. Sent e-mails back and fourth, finally agreed on something. Went to go the next day and they had said that it was sold, BUT is still being listed on the web. They are luring people in on this good deal but then telling them is has been sold but they "have other vehicles ". Even later that week the "good deal" that was supposed to be sold, was still being advertised.
