I come here consistently and have good experiences. My nails broke off one time out of the many times I've come and they fixed them for me. Convenient location and they are quick to get you in as a walk in!

⭐️ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing My daughter and I went here expecting to get our nails done and have a decent experience. Instead, we left extremely disappointed. Our nails looked terrible—uneven, messy, and clearly rushed. It honestly felt like they were trying to get us in and out as quickly as possible rather than taking any pride in their work. I hope the actual owner sees this and not the AI written prompts I see on the other 1 star reviews. I won’t be calling the store because it would be the managers Jolie or Joe who both are incredibly rude and not helpful. Jolie was telling other staff around me how much she hates when I come in and was talking bad about other customers getting their nails done In Vietnamese. Asked for the right side photo and got the left side. The simplest French dip. Super nice nail tech, but I had to ask her 4x to make the white part of the French thinner, and finally just had to accept that she had put too much white dip powder on the ends and they weren’t at all going to turn out exactly how I wanted. Maybe they’ll look a bit better when they’re grown out. Added chrome onto them to not have a completely undesirable set, but I will not be returning.
