I walked in today to find the most rudest employees of my life. They looked like they were straight out of a drug house, had the most awful attitude, and weren’t able to help me at all. They have to be the absolute worst dealership in Tallahassee, there is no question hands down why they have 3 stars, they don’t even deserve that. This dealership should be closed or hire people that actually care about customers and selling cars.
Roman was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. Honest and truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase.

Premier helped me locate a Volvo V70R wagon, in good condition. The car is not that common, but they had success locating me one via auction. Great price and a smooth transaction. They handled all the paperwork, and even had the car delivered to my house. A++
If I could give no stars I would…I bought a truck from them in October of 2023, it took them 3 months AND me getting my license suspended for them to fill out all the necessary paperwork for registration and title. Context on that was I switched plates from my project vehicle and was explicitly told everything would be switched over within the month by them as the dealer/selling party. And now on top of that this truck started hemorrhaging oil and the bill racked up to a nice 6k. And even now after all that work was complete... read more
