I have been going to this Clinic for over 15 years. No one or anything is perfect in this world, but at least everyone here trys and listens to you. I have had very good service and recommend my friends to go there all the time. I like that they have interns and are willing to help train others. It may take little longer when the interns are being trained, but I like them to take their time. It gives you a chance to remember all your questions. Bad Customer Service DO NOT GO THERE....instead go to clinica sierra vista cause i know theyre bad at clinica sierra vista but at least they will not disrespect you as they do at this clinic..........pos clinic and the receptioninst has no manners.......ftp don't go there ....its for your own good.
It does deserve even one star Dr.Alvarez is not professional every time my husband went in he always has a group of intern doctors/students would not listen to a word to what my husband had to say keeps having my husband come back and prescribing him a medication that has not been working for the past 9 months ..just really dislike his service never going back! Always a long wait wouldn't mind the wait but a long wait and then receive bad service from the Doctor
The worst doctor visit I've had. My husband went in for a physical and the doctor just checked his ears. And I paid 165 dollars for that! I don't recommend it never going back again.
They make you wait way took long. My appointment was at 2 its now 3:30 and I still haven't been called back. I've asked twice when I will be called back and both times I've been told I'm next. I've heard several other patients being called back before me.
Dr. Alvarez is a true gentleman. He is professional and works hard. I have seen him about ten times over the last 8 years and have no complaints. I would recommend him.
Staff had no clue what they were doing. Waited 2 hours just to be called in for vitals. Will never come to this place again! Girls at the front do not know proper English.
ALWAYS A LONG WAIT TO SEE THE DOCTOR. I SCHEDULE 1ST APPOINTMENT IN THE MORNING WHEN NO ONE IS AHEAD OF ME, BUT ALWAYS WAIT 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. PAID CASH FOR THE OFFICE VISITS, BUT THEY ALWAYS DENY GETTING PAID. I HAVE TO BRING THEM THE RECEIPT TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE THIEVES. LOTS OF POOR PATIENTS AND NON-ENGLISH SPEAKERS, SO THEY TREAT EVERYONE LIKE THEY WILL BE TOO IGNORANT TO SAVE THE RECEIPTS AND PAY THEM TWICE. RUDE AND UNCARING OFFICE STAFF, NURSES, AND DOCTORS.
This is a slauder house a nurse their overdosed my mother a while back a go the P.A that seen her was name Ian Gallegos he quit a week after the incedent a wonder why. You migth as well take the straigh to their death bed. The nurse name was Mariana in case you are ever attended by her
