Great group, very helpful, friendly
I broke a part on my hearing aid. I went in to get a part replacement part. I was told it would take about week to get this part in. Two weeks later at the crack of 8AM my phone rings. I called Premier back as fast as possible. The voicemail box is full and cannot accept new messages. Leslie told me to make an appointment. How am I supposed to make an appointment if the staff is not answering phone calls? When I can get them on the phone they put me on hold every.single.time.
